Introduction to Dr. Timothy Anderson

         I would like to take a few minutes and introduce myself to you. My name is Dr. Timothy Anderson. I was saved on April 20th of 1975. I surrendered to preach 3 months later. The next year I went off to Bible College in which I earned my Associate’s Degree. After graduation I served as an Assistant Pastor working with children and the Bus Ministry as well as Outreach and Soul Winning. I then earned many other degrees in hopes that I could advance myself that I could help others know the Scriptures .  Needless to say over these many years I have worked in practically  every ministry of the church. I’ve worked very closely with the Men of God in which I served under. I have been privileged in seeing many come to Christ over the years serving in the local church.

        I could spend a while sharing with you the great and mighty things the Lord has accomplished in those years but my real desire is to share with you my call to the ministry of Intercession. As my call was to preach the Glorious Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ so is the call to be an Intercessor. Over 47 years I have witnessed the Lord answer many of my prayers. He did this in ways that I knew without a doubt He heard my request.  We read in

1John 5:14,15  And this is the confidence that we have in him, that, if we ask any thing according to his will, he heareth us: And if we know that he hear us, whatsoever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we desired of him. One of my dearest friends that is in Heaven today which was my Mentor (Evangelist Darrell Dunn would preach and say the secret to getting your prayers answered is God to hear your request. I am so grateful to know that my God hears and answers prayer. Psalms  65:2  O thou that hearest prayer, unto thee shall all flesh come.

 

        This call came to me in the early morning hours of September 26th I believe around two or three o’clock in the morning. Being so burdened over the condition of  peoples spiritual state, I was heartbroken and sick in my ineffectiveness as a Preacher of the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ, I became so desperate in knowing what to do now ! We were in the midst of this Coved  Plague and the church and other churches were struggling to survive this deadly virus, I absolutely told God I would do whatever He told me to do, go or be. I told Him to show me and I would surrender whatever the cost. In the early morning hours, the Sweet Lord with His Presence  called me and spoke 6 important words that I will never forget. The words were: YOU ARE TO BE AN INTERCESSOR !  I will never forget them and the great relief that came with the call. I also knew that my life and ministry would be changed forever. In the coming days the Holy Spirit has been laying out for me the exact path I am to follow. This Website is just one of many things He has led us to do.

        I do appreciate you the reader of these lines being there and I do pray that you will share this website with others. May the Lord call others to this powerful Ministry. The following day I was reading in Isaiah 59:16- And he saw that there was no man, and wondered that there was no intercessor: therefore his arm brought salvation unto him; and his righteousness, it sustained him. Oh my!  We are in trouble reader. Do you not see it ? Do you not sense it ? Our children are in trouble, Our world is in trouble. Our Government is in trouble. Leaders do not know what they are doing ! Our churches are closing their doors. Preachers are giving up. New men coming on the scene have no idea what in the world they are doing behind the pulpits. This desperate need in my life brought me to this place and time in my life.

 

        Where do I go from here ? I am taking this One day at a time ! Increasing my prayer for individuals. We are calling this The Intercessory School of Prayer. Not that I am somebody, I’m not claiming to be somebody at all. I read in Andrew Murray’s Book and I also believe I read this in E.M. Bounds book, Entering the School of Prayer in which there are no graduates.  This struck a real note in my heart. This school is absolutely free. I have a real longing now more than ever to be in prayer many hours of a day. I would ask you as well as others to pray for me that God would use my life as well as this School in helping others to be an INTERCESSOR.  To care, To love enough to Intercede on the behalf of others. For our saved loved ones for the lost to come and know Christ, for those wandering around in the dessert. Pray for the Men of God across this world as we stand before the dead and the living sharing the life giving flow that will bring that Eternal Life to their souls. As I continue to learn and grow in this Ministry I may add more to this ..( Who Am I in this Call) God bless you and your time with God.
